Child and horse : Animal Assisted activities for personal skills

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the place of the AAA method in animotherapy and its use within hippotherapy. This part briefly presents the methodology and the range of clients of the Equine Assisted Activities (EAA). Moreover, human-animal interactions are introduced in terms of being an advantage for the personal development of a child. Additionally, risk factors related to child development are mentioned in this section. The results of the qualitative research, made up of a sample of children attending the private stable, is submitted in the practical part of the thesis. The research was based upon logs of observations and interviews with members of the stable using grounded theory. The purpose of the research is to demonstrate how contact with horses can help the mental and physical skills development of a child.
Horseback riding tourism

Topic: Horseback riding tourism Goal of the work: Evaluate the condition of extending horseback riding tourism. Complete current descriptive characteristics of more entries which will obtain more information about chosen people who are extending horseback riding tourism in the Stredocesky region. Method: In a research file we included 100 randomly chosen juniors and adults who are actively engaged in horseback riding and horseback riding tourism. We received related data about horseback riding tourism through surveys with closed and open answers. Results: We found out that the higher price of horseback riding tourism does not influence the interest about this activity. Also, we found out that most of the people who are involved with horseback riding tourism are using their own horse. Also, it was confirmed that horseback riding tourism is possible to do at any age. Title: Riding like the movement relaxy activity Goals: Verification of the benefits of riding for human health in terms of metabolic effects on the muscular system and psyche. Method: Analysis of literature, motion analysis, observation, interview, deduction. Results: They give a comprehensive overveiw of the importance of riding on human health and confirm the facts cited in the literature. Results are focused on exploring the positive effect of riding on the human body in term of energy coverage, energy consumption, the effects on the muscular system and impact on the human psyche. The topic of the master thesis is design of the new building of the equestrian center with the stable for horses. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with development of the horse breeding and buildings for breeding horses. In the second part of the master thesis there is a proposal for the new equestrian center with stable for horses. The new equestrial center is a fictious building located on the real estate in the village of Mokrý Lom.

Topic: Equestrian tourism in extracurricular education (Case study in elementary school of Dolní Hbity) Goal of the work: Explore technical and financial options for implementation of equestrian tourism in elementary school of Dolni Hbity in term of special interest. Get to know the interest of parents and students about the equestrian tourism and its related financial options. Method: In research we chose 61 parents, whose kids are attending elementary school of Dolni Hbity, district Pribram. Data related to integration of equestrian tourism in elementary school of Dolni Hbity in term of special interest we got our information from survey by closed and opened answers. Results: From parents and students side is shown interest about special event equestrian tourism in elementary school Dolni Hbity. There is a realistic option for creation equestrian tourism special event on chosen school. It is still not solved how to offer the equestrian tourism special event even to a social weaker families. Utilization of going on horseback for support of human health

The bachelor thesis is focused on creating of half-year long intervention program focused on usage of horseback riding to human health support for equestrian team members during the period since September 2009 to March 2010.Theoretical part is trying to bring horseback riding history, horses utilization and conditions for horseback riding. It dealt with safety rules and health benefits from horseback riding and horse utilization to human health support. Practical part has brought on creation of intervention program, into which I applied the knowledge from theoretical part. I have focused on horseback riding effect to proband's physical and psychical health
